Bus Éireann will implement newly agreed cost-cutting measures from the 1st of June.
It's after the NBRU and SIPTU voted to accept a restructuring plan, which was brokered at the Labour Relations Commission.
Bus Éireann says the move will bring stability to the company and protect jobs.
Earlier this month, workers staged a two-day strike in protest at proposed cuts.
Company spokesperson Andrew McLindon says the plan - which will achieve 5-million euros in savings - should mean future strike action is avoided:
