Gardaí have seized two luxury cars, four watches and nearly €4,500 in cash in a series of raids in Dublin and Kildare.
The Criminal Assets Bureau also obtained a court order freezing over €30,000 held in financial accounts.
In a statement, CAB said the investigation is targeted at a member of an organised crime gang involved in the sale and supply of illegal drugs in Dublin.
The assets were seized after searches at two homes in Kildare and one home and two businesses in Dublin this morning.
The officers seized:
- An Audi A6 luxury motorcar
- A BMW 5 series motor car
- Three Rolex watches
- A Breitling Watch
- Around €4,000 in cash
- Around £400 Sterling in cash
- Two electronic weighing scales
- A pair of runners that cost €550
- Documents
- Financial documents
Over €30,000 held in financial accounts has also been frozen.
CAB said it targeted the same person Last year – seizing cash, watches and vehicles and freezing a number of accounts.
The individual was referred to CAB by the Garda Special Crime Task Force.
