A special Cabinet meeting devoted to jobs will be held later this month.

The meeting is expected to sign off on the latest yearly update of the Action Plan for Jobs.

It will be held in two weeks' time as the Dáil gets back to business after Christmas.

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny says he is keen to create enough jobs for all of our emigrants to come back home.
