The British Prime Minister and the US President have pledged a "serious response" if Syria is proved to have deployed chemical weapons.

David Cameron and Barack Obama spoke on the phone last night about the alleged attack in Damascus.

They have ordered officials to examine "all options".

UN weapons inspectors aren't being allowed to examine what happened - but Mego Terzian from the medical charity says it has to be investigated.
