Writer and broadcaster Maia Dunphy is taking up the 100 Days of Walking challenge - but with a slight compromise.
The 2021 campaign is underway, with Newstalk calling on all listeners to take part.
All you have to do is walk for 30 minutes a day for 100 days, starting from January 1st.

Maia told Newstalk Breakfast she is all in favour of it, but with a few modifications.
"I've always been a walker, it's my go-to salvation."
"I'm not a gym bunny, I've never played sport unfortunately - but at the start of the first lockdown in March, I found myself solo with my four year old son".
But, she said, this wasn't "really conducive to getting out, sticking on headphones and going for a half an hour walks".
Maia said she normally walks anyway, so thought she would not need motivation.
But this changed over the weekend.
"Yesterday I spent the entire day in my pyjamas - which I have never done, even with newborn baby phase".
"And we're coming to the end of an isolation after a close contact notification, and I thought 'This is not good for my head'".
"So yesterday we put on clothes over our pyjamas and just walked around the block".
Maia then suggested a compromise to 'ringleader' Ciara Kelly: "If we can modify it slightly and say it's 100 days of, may be even 100 metres of walking, or movement or getting out".
"We'll do our best - but anyone who has a four or five year old will know it's quite hard".
Maia explained she does not drive, so is normally walking everywhere anyway.
"Resolutions: I don't buy into them, they're a recipe for disaster and they will just set you up for failure.
"But adding something in is a great thing to do".
"Even if I go on Twitter and use the hashtag, that will give me a kick up the backside to say 'Get out and do something'."
