A US woman who became an internet hit laughing while wearing a Chewbacca mask has appeared on a US talk show with 'Star Wars' director JJ Abrams.

Candace Payne is donning the mask again on 'The Late Late Show' with James Corden.

While Abrams also appears, offering advice on how to impersonate the character.

Of course, all three try on the masks and burst into laughter.

While Corden also reads out a letter to Payne from actor Peter Mayhew - who portrayed Chewbacca in the original film - inviting her to meet him.

The actor later tweeted Payne, saying he was looking forward to it.
