A man is due in court in Cork this morning after gardaí seized €50,000 worth of cannabis herb.
The drugs were discovered in a house in the Templemartin area of Bandon yesterday morning, during a planned search by the drugs unit and uniformed officers carried out at about 10am.
A man in his 50s was arrested at the scene, he is due before Bandon District Court later this morning.

The seizure was made as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of drugs in the area.
The man is being detained under Drug Trafficking laws at Bandon garda station.
