Center Parcs Ireland has said all its lodges and apartments have been completed in Co Longford.
The resort, which will include 466 lodges and 30 apartments, is set to open its doors this summer.
The Longford Forest resort will accommodate up to 2,500 guests along with a range of restaurants, shops and a spa.
The company has said that having all the accommodation complete is "a key milestone".
Set amongst 400 acres of forest, there are three types of self-catered lodges: Woodland, Executive and Exclusive.
The Woodland Lodge is described as "practical" with two to four bedrooms, while the Exclusive Lodge is a detached, two-storey, four-bedroom option.
The Longford Forest Lakeside Apartments come in twin and double rooms, and all are equipped with self-catering facilities.
Martin Dalby, Center Parcs CEO, said: "We are delighted to announce that Center Parcs Longford Forest is on schedule to welcome guests this summer.
"The completion of all accommodation at our first Irish forest resort is an exciting milestone.
"We're committed to providing families with top quality accommodation in the tranquil surrounding of the forest and yet another step closer to welcoming Irish families to Center Parcs this summer."
The firm has five destinations across the UK and has more than 2.2 million guests each year.
