Center Parcs Longford Forest has announced it will officially open on Monday July 29th.
Management have said this is to cater for short summer breaks.
Bookings for the forest resort can now be made on its website.
Set amongst 400 acres of woodland, the resort includes 466 self-catering lodges and 30 apartments.
There are three types of lodges for families - Woodland, Executive and Exclusive.
Center Parcs includes more than 100 indoor and outdoor activities, from nature activities through to those designed to be enjoyed together.
It also has a heated subtropical swimming pool - heated to a tropical 29.5°C all year round - and an indoor water park, set to be Ireland's largest.
The resort - its first in Ireland - also features an Aqua Sana Spa offering 21 hot, cold, herbal and meditative experiences.
Overall, the Longford Forest resort will accommodate up to 2,500 guests along with a range of restaurants and shops.
Back in April, the company said all its lodges and apartments had been completed.
The firm has five destinations across the UK and has more than 2.2 million guests each year.
