In the UK, a child rape trial has had to be abandoned - following allegations the judge fell asleep in court.
Recorder Philip Cattan, who works part-time as a judge, was hearing evidence from an alleged victim of John Quigley from Manchester - who denies a series of sex offences.
But as they were giving that evidence on a video link, Mr Cattan reportedly nodded off.

The trial was stopped - and will have to be heard with a new judge and jury at a later date.
Mr Cattan has not commented on the incident - but a formal investigation has been launched.
