The Clinical Director of Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Crumlin says authorities at the facility are hoping to make contact with the parents of the 3 remaining children involved in a contamination scare at the hospital.

Dr. Colm Costigan says a bug was found on a colonoscope that was used on 18 children between May 17th and July 5th.

An information pack and a sample kit to test for the bug is being sent to each of the affected families and the results will be returned immediately.
