In China, more than 9-million students have crammed into exam halls for the country's university entrance exam.

In an attempt to stop cheating, all metal items - including bra clasps - have been banned from the exams.

Authorities have become increasingly concerned about the risk that students will use devices like smartphonesas a means to cheat during tests, especially now devices have become smaller and easier to hide.

Students in the northeastern province of Jilin have been banned from wearing clothing with metal parts and metal detectors have been installed in exam centres to clamp down on "wireless cheating devices".

Meanwhile, traffic restrictions in Beijing will be lifted to make sure that everyone makes the exams on time.
