Hundreds of boxes of tampons have already arrived at the Newstalk offices as part of Ciara Kelly's 'Stop the Shame' campaign.
Last week, the Lunchtime Live host called on listeners to donate brand new packs or unopened sanitary products, tampons or pads in protest at the banning of a TV advert.
The Tampax Tampons Pearl Compak ad was banned in its current form by the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI).
In protest over the banning, Ciara Kelly has pledged to bring tampons to the ASAI to illustrate the scale of the backlash - with the products to be donated to a period poverty charity afterwards.

Speaking on the show today, Ciara said "sacks and sacks and sacks" of tampons have already arrived at Newstalk.
Four post bags of tampons have arrived so far today in Newstalk @ciarakellydoc | Deliveries from Ireland, Bristol, Edinburgh & more. If you’d like to get involved, you can post unopened boxes of tampons to: Ciara Kelly, Newstalk, Marconi House, Digges Lane, Dublin 2 #StopTheShame pic.twitter.com/lcO4fa8FKS

She said: "Thank you all very much. I'm slightly overwhelmed by the reaction - I think there are five sacks so far today alone, and there's more than one postal delivery to the office here.
"I have no idea many we'll end up with over the next few days, but there are hundreds of boxes already.
"I will deliver them. We're going to need the Newstalk jeeps, I think, because I can't carry ten sacks of tampons myself. But we will deliver them to the ASAI - I know they'll be delighted to see us arrive."
Ciara - who appeared on BBC Radio 4 to discuss the controversy yesterday - says she doesn't think the ASAI has "ever seen anything like the backlash they have received" over this issue.
She said: "The world is looking at Ireland going 'why do they have this problem with tampons?' I think it's important we say 'no we don't'.
"Keep them coming - I think the bigger impact we can make around this the better."
Ciara is continuing to ask people to send tampons to Newstalk FM, Marconi House, Digges Lane, Dublin 2.
