Oscar-winning actor Cillian Murphy has been announced as the new face of Versace.
The Italian fashion label said the 'Oppenheimer' star will front a new campaign launching on April 3rd.
Murphy wore custom Atelier Versace to the 96th Academy Awards in Hollywood on Sunday, where he won the Oscar for Best Actor.
He is the first Irish-born man to take the accolade, following on from Irish citizen Daniel Day-Lewis.

Accepting the award Murphy described himself as “overwhelmed” and a “very proud Irishman”.
Versace said the campaign will focus on pieces from its Icons collection.

"The dedicated campaign will be Cillian's first for Versace and sees the Academy Award-winning actor wearing key and timeless pieces from the men’s Versace Icons collection," the company said.
"Cillian has worn Versace designs during the 2024 awards season, including a custom Atelier Versace tailored suit to accept his Oscar for Best Actor at the 96th Academy Awards.
"The Versace Icons campaign starring Cillian Murphy launches globally April 3rd," it added.
Murphy's role has been widely praised with singer Madonna describing him as her 'favourite actor.'
In total, 'Oppenheimer' won seven awards including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
Other famous faces to front Versace campaigns include Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Kate Moss.
