Justin Bieber seemed to suffer a bit of fever in Arizona last night.
The 18-year0ld pop star threw up on stage – not once but twice – on the first night of his world tour.
Bieber was strutting around the stage accompanied by his backing dancers.
But to everyone’s surprise he turned around and vomited on to the stage floor.
He later tweeted a reason for his sudden vomiting episode:
