Gardaí in Dublin say they're concerned for an 80-year-old man with Alzheimer's missing from his home.

Tom Carey was reported missing from St Marks Grove in Clondalkin today.

Tom was last seen at around 3pm yesterday in his home.

He's described as being approximately 5'6" in height, of slim build, with grey balding hair.

Tom wears glass, and it's not known what else he was wearing when he went missing.

He is suffering from Alzheimer's and speaks with a Scottish accent.

Gardaí and Tom's family say they're concerned for him.
