Nikita Hand’s barrister has raised concerns about Conor McGregor’s compliance with a court order in relation to CCTV footage shown during her successful lawsuit against him.

After one of McGregor’s business partners posted online that CCTV footage shown during Ms Hand’s successful civil legal action would be published, her lawyers were granted a High Court order refraining the MMA fighter from sharing it.

He was also directed to hand over whatever copies he has to his solicitors and to delete any that may have been saved on electronic devices.

The judge said the case shouldn’t be relitigated online because in his view, the facts are clear – Ms Hand sued him and the jury determined that he raped her.

In an affidavit, McGregor swore he had deleted the footage and yesterday he filed another sworn statement outlining the situation in relation to his business partner.

Ms Hand’s lawyers believe McGregor hasn’t complied with an aspect of the order, and have raised concerns about his bona fides.

Today, they were given more time to consider his latest affidavit, which may lead to them seeking permission to question McGregor about it in court.
