A witness in the Conor McGregor Trial has told the High Court she was "surprised" by the allegation that he raped a woman.
Danielle Kealey today gave evidence in a lawsuit brought by 35 year-old Nikita Hand, who has accused the MMA fighter and another man of raping her.
Both Mr McGregor and James Lawrence of Rafter's Road in Drimnagh deny any wrongdoing, claiming they both had consensual sex with Ms Hand.
After attending their work Christmas party in 2018, Ms Kelley said she and Ms Hand went to a hotel with Mr McGregor and James Lawrence.
Ms Kealey said everyone was in good form and that, at some point, she remembers Ms Hand and Mr McGregor going into another room together.
She said she didn't know why they went into that room together but when they came back out, she said everything was fine.
"No one was in bad form or anything," Ms Kealey said.
She said nobody seemed upset.
Later, she said she remembered saying goodbye to Nikita and giving her a hug.
A few days later, she said she got a call from Nikita to say she had been raped.
She said she was surprised and told her she hadn't seen or heard anything.
