As many as 14 vehicles are said to be involved in a major collision in Cork.
It happened on the Midleton to Cork City road at the N25 inbound shortly before 3.00pm.
The collision is approximately 600m on the city side of the Cobh interchange.

Emergency services are at the scene and the road is currently closed.
Diversions are in place and motorists are being asked to use alternative routes.
At this stage, there are no serious injuries reported.
