There have been another 11 coronavirus cases confirmed in the Republic.

There has also been one more coronavirus-related death.

It brings the total number of confirmed cases to 25,509, while the number of deaths now stands at 1,741 since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Latest figures from the Department of Health also show that a total of 22 patients with COVID-19 are being treated across the country’s hospitals, with three new admissions in the past day.

There were also 11 cases being treated in the country’s intensive care units, including one new admission in the past 24 hours.
