Officials in Italy say the salvage operation to refloat the Costa Concordia should be completed by September.

Tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of the disaster when the cruise ship hit rocks off the coast of Italy and capsized killing 32 people.

More than 4,000 passengers and crew were on board at the time.

The Italian Chief of Civil Defence, Franco Gabrielli, says the salvage operation should be over by September.
