A Wicklow Councillor who is calling for a no vote in next weekend’s Children’s Referendum, says this referendum is nothing more then a cost-cutting measure.
Pat Kavanagh says No campaigners believe the 31st amendment to the constitution is not in the best interests of the child and the government should be concentrating on putting supports in place for families in need.
