The Former Minister for Social Affairs in Haiti has told the High Court she does not believe businessman Denis O'Brien's relief work following the earthquake was an act.
Josefa Gauthier - a former director of Digicel Foundation - has also said that Mr. O'Brien never sought to publicise his aid work.
She is giving evidence in the defamation action brought by the businessman against the Irish Daily Mail over an article published in January 2010.
