Donegal Council has been accused of ignoring the views of families who lost loved ones in the Creeslough explosion.
On October 7th in 2022, 10 people died after an explosion at the local petrol station and many more were injured.
The bereaved relatives are planning to take legal action against Donegal County Council's decision to re-develop the site of the blast.
Musician Matt McGranaghan said relatives are angry as there are still unanswered questions as to what happened.

He described the decision to build a service station there as causing yet more trauma for families.
“This is just the most devastating news,” he said.
“This is reliving the entire trauma of that fateful day all over again.
“It’s a decision that was taken without any consideration of the families.
“And the families and the injured from this terrible tragedy have been victims ever since of broken promises.”

Mr McGranaghan said families were previously told that their views would be put “front and centre” when it came to the future of the site.
“All that has seemed to have been just ignored,” he said.
“There’s a continuous cycle of just ignoring the families and their wishes.
“That site is hallowed ground for the families.”
In a statement, Donegal County Council said families have the option of appealing the decision if they wish.
"While this process is ongoing the Planning Authority will not be in a position to make further comment," a spokesperson said.
