Crimestoppers is offering one of its highest-ever rewards for information on the shooting of PSNI officer John Caldwell.
Police investigating have also released CCTV footage of a car used in the attack on the PSNI detective chief inspector.
DCI Caldwell is still fighting for his life after he was shot several times in front of his young son after a football training session on the evening of February 22nd.
A number of other children also witnessed the attack.
Days later police released footage of a blue Ford Fiesta with the registration number MGZ 6242 which was then fitted with false plates, FRZ 8414, prior to the shooting.
Police have now released more footage of this vehicle while also saying they believe a second blue Ford Fiesta with the registration number RLZ 9805 was also used in the attack.
The car was found burned out in the Ardboe Industrial Estate in Dungannon the following day, Thursday February 23rd.
Police are appealing for information on where the car was stored and on its movements from the afternoon of the 22nd until it was destroyed the following day.
Meanwhile, the Crimestoppers reward for information is now up to a total of £150,000 (€168,430) – over seven times the previous award.
