Missing man William Doherty, who has been missing since yesterday has been found safe and well.

A cross-border appeal was launched earlier for the Derry man. He

had last been seen at a service station on the Glenshane Road in Derry yesterday afternoon.

The gardaí have thanked all for their assistance.
