Six people have been killed in a shooting at a hospital in the Czech Republic.
The shooting happened at around 7am this morning local time, in the eastern city of Ostrava.
Authorities had initially put the death toll at four, but Prime Minister Andrej Babiš confirmed on Czech TV that it had risen to six people.
Following the shooting, a manhunt was launched for the gunman.
However, they later said the suspect had taken his own life following the attack.
The 42-year-old was apparently found in a car with gunshot wounds.
Police had said they were re strengthening security at a number of locations in the wake of the shooting.
