Daniel O'Donnell says he's not as "precious" as he seems.
The Irish singer known for his catchy country and folk tunes has dipped his toe in lots of projects in recent years, always sure not to take himself too seriously.
Daniel joined The Anton Savage Show to discuss his career and new album I Wish You Well
Social media star
Daniel said that he "doesn't look much at social media", but has recently dabbled in a new form of content, TikTok.
One video of his on the platform has racked up nearly 900,000 views.
"I can't really guide you on how it works. All I know is that you go on and you're there and the rest is left up to the Gods."
"Social media is the way forward, it seems, now for everybody."

Road trip
Another venture of Daniel's that he shared with hsi wife was a travel show, Daniel and Majella's B&B Road Trip.
With high viewership, Daniel said that he didn't expect the light-hearted show to do as well as it did.
"We were on the road before we knew we were going."
"I remember one day in particular we were down in Kerry and it was raining and the two of us were skipping along the strand in Kerry singing 'Singing in the Rain'."
"I said to Majella: What are the people at home going to think about us? They'll think we're off our heads."
'Tongue and cheek'
In Daniel's new nine-minute music video 'Night of the Daniels', he opens a new Daniel O'Donnell wax museum on an ancient Celtic burial ground.
The wax figures come to life at night and Daniel is tasked with defeating different versions of himself.
"We thought it would be a fun thing to do", he said.
"I suppose the thing to remember is that it's very tongue and cheek."
"I suppose it is me kind of taking a hand at myself and showing that I'm not as precious as people might think."
Rags to riches
Daniel grew up in Kincasslagh, County Donegal, in a house with no running water.
With a highly successful 40-year career under his belt, he says he doesn't take his life now for granted.
"We're very lucky as a family", he said.
"My father died when I was young, but having said that, we were very very blessed."
"My mother was great."
"I remember only one house in the village had a bathroom."
