December is the month when people are most distracted by shopping on the internet when they are supposed to be working.

That's according to a survey of 1,500 Irish people for the website blocking app STOP PROCRASTINATING.

It found November 28th - or Black Friday - was the single most distracting day - with 35% of people saying they spent more than four hours browsing the web at work.

10% said that they used their smart phone in the office toilet to make a Black Friday online purchase.
