Sales of digital albums have passed the 100 million mark.

Adele’s “21″ tops the chart of the best selling digital albums of all time in the UK, followed by Ed Sheeran – having sold more than 250-thousand copies online already.

Figures compiled by the Official Charts Company shows digital releases now account for more than a third of the total albums market.
