All drivers tested for drink driving at two Garda checkpoints in Killarney and Newcastlewest this morning passed - and nobody was arrested.

More than 30 Gardai were involved in the early morning operations, with 163 vehicles passing through and 61 motorists breath tested in Newcastlewest.

In Killarney, 205 vehicles passed through the checkpoints, with 170 drivers breath tested.
