It's reported tonight that the driver in Wednesday's train crash in Spain has been released from police custody.
Spanish newspaper El Mundo says Francisco Jose Garzon Amo has had to give up his passport, and must appear before the court again next week.
It's also said he's been banned from driving trains for the forseeable future.

79 people were killed when the train derailed on it's way to Santiago de Compostela - many more were injured.
