Ticketmaster has said that the Garth Brooks refund process is proceeding as planned - and so far some 190,000 tickets have been refunded.
Customers are being asked to allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to go through.
"We are continuing to receive refund requests from customers and will be working through those as quickly and efficiently as possible" it said.
Meanwhie, the Dublin city manager has admitted he was supportive of holding all five Garth Brooks concerts at Croke Park.
But he says he never gave the GAA any assurance that permission for all five concerts would be licensed.
Owen Keegan says even the GAA itself now admits that trying to run all five gigs, after three 'One Direction' concerts had already been held, was excessive.
And while he says he supported the gigs in principle, he never promised that they could all go ahead.
Mr Keegan says he would have resigned as city manager if the High Court had granted an application from the GAA and Aiken Promotions to save all five concerts.
