College Green in Dublin has now re-opened to traffic after being closed for a number of hours.

A man - who was seen on the ledge of a five-storey building - has now been brought to safety.

Gardai say an arrest has been made.

AA Roadwatch says full access has now been restored to College Green and Dame Street and there are no reports of any major delays in the area.
