A conference being held in Dublin today aims to help people in mortgage arrears avoid becoming homeless.
The event will see a selection of agencies who deal with homelessness, social services and financial issues gather in the one venue to offer support to those in difficulty.
The homes of almost 85,000 people are said to be under threat due to the level of arrears.
