39 year old James Dunleavy - also known as Seamus entered the plea on his first appearance in open court in Scotland today.

The body of 66 year old Philomena Dunleavy from Marino in Dublin was found buried in a secluded area in Edinburgh in May of this year sparking a major police inquiry.

Mr Dunleavy will face trial for her murder in early January. The case is expected to last 20 days.
