A "very significant" response has been received after Gardaí requested the public's help with identifying 99 "persons of interests" as part of their investigation into the Dublin Riots.
Five images have been removed from the public gallery as these "persons of interest" have been identified.
An Garda Síochána has not confirmed the role of any of these individuals in the Dublin riots and have emphasised that it should not be presumed that identification of these people means criminal involvement.
Earlier today, Gardaí requested the public's help by publishing photos of 99 "persons of interest" as part of their investigation into the Dublin Riots.
This is the first time in the history of the Gardaí that a tactic like this has been used on a large scale.
Members of the public are still being asked to help identify the now 94 individuals in the images.
Gardaí compiled the photos after analysing over 17,000 hours of CCTV footage.
Any member of the public can provide information on the persons of interest by clicking on the images on the Garda website.
This will then open a tab where they can submit information.
Gardaí will continue to remove images as soon as they identify a person.
