The Dublin winner of the weekend’s massive €14.6m lotto jackpot has yet to come forward.
The National Lottery is urging players in the capital to log in to their accounts and check their numbers – with three months remaining to collect the prize.
The win, announced yesterday, was the highest online jackpot win in the history of the game and the seventh-highest jackpot since it was first rolled out in Ireland over 36 years ago.
A spokesperson for the National Lottery congratulated Ireland’s newest multi-millionaire.
“It is undoubtedly life-changing and of course shocking for the winner who will see the winning amount on their ticket when they log into their National Lottery account,” they said.
“As Ireland’s newest multi-millionaire, we are advising the winner to make contact with our prize claims team as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for them to visit the Winners Room to collect their cheque.”
Nearly 30 cents in every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to good causes in communities across Ireland, including in the areas of sport, education, and health.
In total, more than €6 billion has been raised for good causes since the game was established in 1988 – with €259.5 million raised alone in 2022.
The jackpot winner is advised to make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie
