The DUP has delivered the “impossible” with its new post-Brexit trade deal.
It removes post-Brexit checks on goods moving between Northern Ireland and Great Britain - paving the way for a return to power sharing at Stormont.
British MPs get their chance to scrutinise it tomorrow.
The European Union has said it will “analyse carefully” the agreement struck between the British Government and the DUP.
Reporter David Blevins said while some have border concerns, it remains a huge day.
“The DUP has achieved the seemingly impossible,” he said.
“Northern Ireland has that unique position of being able to do business with the UK’s internal market but also to do business within the EU’s market.”
DUP leader Jeffrey Donaldson praised British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak as having "delivered where others haven't".
He compared him favourably to Boris Johnson who "promised us a lot of things, he didn't deliver them”.

“We will work alongside others to build a thriving Northern Ireland, a prosperous Northern Ireland, a peaceful Northern Ireland and stable Northern Ireland,” he said.
“Firmly within the United Kingdom, with the Union safeguarded for future generations.”
The Assembly is expected to return in the coming days and Sinn Féin’s Michelle O’Neill will be nominated as First Minister.
A DUP MLA will serve alongside her as Deputy First Minister.
