A 40-year-old man has been charged with murdering a man in Dublin almost seven years ago.
The victim, Eamon Kelly, was shot dead at Furry Road in Killester in December 2012.
Kenneth Donoghue of Hazelgrove Estate in Tallaght is accused of Mr Kelly's murder, as well as possessing a glock pistol with intent to endanger life.

He has been remanded in custody and is due back in court next week.
A second man, aged in his 40s, was arrested in connection with the investigation this afternoon.
He is due to appear in court this evening.
