Transport Minister Éamon Ryan has apparently been caught asleep during a vote in the Dáil chamber.
The Green Party leader was seen with his eyes closed during a vote on a Social Democrats' motion on workers' rights.
During a roll call vote on an amendment, Mr Ryan's name was called a number of times.
Oireachtas TV cameras appeared to capture the Dublin Bay South TD asleep.
Government Chief Whip Jack Chambers then turned in his seat to get Mr Ryan's attention.
Some laughter can be heard from other deputies.
So there is a vote on the @SocDems bill to give workers a living wage - @EamonRyan of @greenparty_ie has to be woken up to vote AGAINST it #Dail pic.twitter.com/VCMT3HIzPt
