Gardai have contacted Elaine O'Hara's family over the skeletal remains found on Killakee Mountain in Dublin, the Irish Times are reporting.
But they have yet to confirm the identity of the remains found at Killakee Mountain on Friday.
The 36-year-old was last seen in Shankill on the 22nd of August 2012.

In April 2010, Alexis was arrested for discharging a firearm in an apartment, according to a Fort Worth Police Department incident report.
He claimed the weapon went off accidentally when he was cleaning it.
Earlier in May 2004 he was arrested after shooting three rounds into the tires of a vehicle owned by construction workers, claiming he had been traumatised by the 9/11 attacks.
