Brian Hayes MEP says he's asking for clarification on new voting procedures at the European Central Bank.

Lithuania is due to enter the Eurozone in January, meaning a dilution in the available voting rights.

Currently it is one country to one vote, but as more nations join the Eurozone, a rotation is likely to come into effect for smaller countries.
