Lebanon's health ministry says at least four people have been killed and 23 injured in an Israeli strike on central Beirut.
The attack - which happened at about 4am this morning - is reported to have "completely destroyed" an eight storey residential building.
Israel launched a major offensive against Hezbollah militants in Lebanon in September.
