Telecoms firm Eir has unveiled a new Irish mobile network.
The company says GoMo will be "Ireland's first truly digital mobile brand".
It says all calls, texts and data will cost €9.99 a month for life for the first 100,000 customers.
There is no long term contract - as customers sign up for a rolling 30-day plan.
The company gives customers the option of keeping their existing mobile number, or getting a new one.
However there is a one-off €10 connection charge, and a fair usage policy applies to the unlimited data.
Operating on Eir's mobile network, GoMo customers will have 99% population coverage and over 97% 4G coverage.
Customers can visit its website, fill in their details and a SIM card will be delivered by courier to any address.
Its customer support will be handled by a dedicated webchat team, based in Limerick.
Eir says it is investing over €150m in the upgrade all its existing masts with the latest 4G network technology, and increasing its 4G footprint by 25% - which it says will deliver even faster data speeds.
It says customers will also benefit when going on holidays, as users can roam like home all over Europe - and the UK.
While Eir Mobile will continue to operate as its own brand.
GoMo joins Three and Vodafone in the Irish mobile market.
A number of other providers - such as Lycamobile, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile - use one of these main networks to provide their customers with phone service.
