Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman was hit by a bus in Dublin.
It happened as the woman, aged in her 80s, was walking near the entrance to Eamon Ceannt Park on Sundrive Road in Crumlin at 4:50pm yesterday.
She was taken to St James Hospital with serious life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí have since carried out a technical examination of the scene and the road has reopened.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses who were in the area between 4:30pm and 5:10pm to contact them.
They are particularly interested in talking to road users who may have dash-cam footage to contact them.
