More than 8,000 passengers will pass through Dublin Airport today – the busiest day before Christmas.
There will be an 8% increase in Christmas travellers this year, with 770,000 people expected to travel through the airport between today and the 2nd of January.
120 Christmas trees have been put up, and 25 choirs will sing Christmas songs to welcome people home.
