Enoch Burke has been formally warned about his behaviour as his High Court hearing officially gets underway.
The hearing between Wilson's Hospital School and Enoch Burke was due to begin this morning but has yet to begin due to an issue raised by Mr Burke in relation to an alleged "tampering" of material.
The case relates to the disciplinary process that led to him being dismissed from his teaching role at the County Westmeath school for gross misconduct.
Judge has decided to allow the school to open its case after lunch WITHOUT Enoch Burke. He'll be removed from the courtroom but will be facilitated through a live video link. No evidence will be heard this afternoon.
Enoch: That's a horrific suggestion.

After hearing from both sides in relation to the alleged tampering, the judge described Enoch's arguments as "flimsy" and decided there was no evidence to support his claim.
Due to his failure to accept the ruling of the court, the judge has given Enoch a formal warning that he is in contempt of court and threatened to have him removed if he didn't behave.
It's not yet clear if the four-day hearing will get underway today.
All rise. The courtroom has emptied but Enoch & Co. haven't left yet. Four gardai still in courtroom too. The school's barrister will open the case at 2pm. Enoch will be given an opportunity to be a "spectator," according to the judge.
