Enoch Burke's younger brother, Simeon, has appeared in court charged with a breach of the peace at the Four Courts.
He was arrested this afternoon after being removed from the Court of Appeal, where Enoch lost an appeal against orders to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.
Enoch Burke was not in court today when the judgements dismissing his appeal against the validity of orders of the High Court to stay away from his former school.
He was not there because he had been forcibly removed by GardaĆ.
Ten officers were required to remove him, his brothers Isaac and Simeon, his sister, Ammi and their parents Martina and Sean.
It all kicked off after it became clear that Enoch was not going to win his appeal.
Just two hours later, Simeon Burke was brought before a District Court judge charged with a breach of the peace.
Judge Paula Murphy was told he is accused of shouting at a Garda in an "aggressive manner" while being escorted out of the Court of Appeal this afternoon.
He described his arrest as "shameful and disgraceful" and told Judge Murphy he was "shaken to the core" by what happened to him.
There was no objection to bail but he refused to take it up so he was remanded in custody this evening.
