The Irish Political leader Daniel O'Connell is being remembered in Dublin this afternoon.

The 168th anniversary of the death of Daniel O'Connell will be remembered at Glasnevin Cemetery.

A wreath laying ceremony will take place in the iconic O'Connell crypt, which is located at the O'Connell tower at the entrance to the cemetery.
